We sell wholesale only – to the foodservice industry, with an active business license and resale or exemption certificate – documentation is required when your order is placed and, we may require, in our absolute discretion, additional supporting documentation.
We strongly recommend reviewing your email order confirmation – this indicates products and quantities allocated to your order, allowing you to make any adjustments or corrections required.
Call Customer Service to report problems with an order confirmation (for example, order confirmation shows a different item/quantity), verify delivery, make changes (for example, cancel items or reduce quantities), etc.
Once an order has been sent to production, changes cannot be made.
